xureshop.com works with manufacturers across the world to source delightful and extraordinary products at the prices that suit you. 

This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world. Our products are also carefully selected and demand is usually very high. So for most orders due to high demand and volume,

  • Processing and handling period before they leave the warehouse may take 2-7 business days.
  • Usually, shipping takes 2-3 weeks before your order arrives at your doorstep. See below for more specifics:
    • USA, Canada & UK - 2 to 3 weeks
    • Australia & NZ - 3 to 4 weeks
    • Europe & Asia - 2 to 5 weeks
    • Rest of the World - 3 to 6 weeks
  • Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware that total delivery time will vary and is out of our control. 
  • Holidays, natural disasters, government issues, etc may impact the arrival of your order. 
  • For items already located near you, shipping time will be within 7 days.

Within all product pages, we also stated the estimated shipping times in the product description.

    Our site, xureshop.com, does not store your credit card information since your payments are of course handled by 2Checkout and Paypal.

    CAN I USE PAYPAL EVEN IF I DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

    Yes! All you need to do is complete the checkout process and once you reach the Paypal login page, just click the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button. You will then be directed to a Paypal page where you can pay using your debit or credit card.

    CAN I RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS FOR MY ORDER?

    We wanted to be most transparent for your order status so we make sure to give you email notifications for important order milestones.

    WHEN WILL I GET MY SHIPMENT TRACKING NUMBER?

    After the processing and handling period, your items will be up for shipment. We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number usually 4-7 business days after the purchase. Please note that the order number is not the tracking number for the shipment.

    WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

    In order to serve you better and minimize waiting time for all your orders to arrive, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.

    WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES?

    If in case there are any Customs fees charged during delivery, please note that this will have to be shouldered by you. By purchasing with us, you understand and agree that one or more packages  shipped to you may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

    WHY AM I CHARGED MORE THAN I EXPECTED?

    Please note that we charge all orders in USD. If your credit card or debit card is at another currency, the higher charge would be usually due to card fees and exchange rate fees.

    WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
